What is RA? Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the inflammatory diseases which is commonly found in joints. The pain might come suddenly in the little finger or in the joints of toes. This disease can also harm other joints of our body like hands or knees or shoulder or foot. The preference carpal bones with carpophalangeal joints and proximal interphalangeal joints are mainly affected by it. It does not affect the fingers. There are mainly four types of Rheumatology available today:

- Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs NSAID
- Glucocorticoids
- Antirheumatic Drugs
The different classes of drugs have different effects and therapeutic targets. For example DMARDs are often prescribed in addition to cortisone or cortisone-free anti-inflammatory drugs. As per modern concept different methods are combined into one to provide better therapy for RA. Compilation of treatments of various diseases and situations help to provide better therapy. RA surgery is established as a branch of Orthopedics. This job is done by the doctors who have specialization in heavy and severe joint changes affected by rheumatic diseases.The synovial membrane which is considered as the inner layer of the capsule is the actual location of the disease. In the early stages it may very well affect the entire course to remove this surgically. There is a soothing effect of reduced diseased tissues which is dependent on the anatomy of the affected joint. It is very bad to neglect the RA symptoms. RA is a quite dangerous disease and needs to be shown the proper therapy.
